In the last few years I have come to realise that I add the most value by improving processes and culture in tandem.  It is also this transformation work that I enjoy the most and remains my passion.

I find nothing more rewarding than working with a team only to find after a while that they are humming so nicely that I am no longer required.

Yes, if you engage me, my plan will be to work myself out of a job!
