I had worked with Mark in a previous company, so when my current client needed expert help to improve their development process, I did not hesitate for a second recommending we bring in Mark to help us do this. Mark worked with me to completely change my client’s approach to agile development, and we turned a jira system which was largely relegated to collecting dust and used in a few projects to be a company wide execution system, that was as effective for marketing as it was for scrum development.
