I had worked with Mark in a previous company, so when my current client needed expert help to improve their development process, I did not hesitate for a second recommending we bring in Mark to help us do this. Mark worked with me to completely change my client’s approach to agile development, and we turned a jira system which was largely relegated to collecting dust and used in a few projects to be a company wide execution system, that was as effective for marketing as it was for scrum development. I’d recommend Mark for anyone wanting to improve their development methodology and figure out how to use Jira in the optimal way.
